Servo Stabilizer for Dental Chair

Servo Star Stabilizers is available to conserving energy by optimizing voltage supply especially to the Medical machines such as Dental chair & CT scanner or X-ray Machines. It gives complete stable output supply in case of unbalanced Voltage under any server condition, because it is available to suit the input voltage variations to protect medical machines.

We have installed our Servo Stabilizer with many dental machines. Few of them are following :

•Confident
•Chromadent
•Chesa
•LifeLine
•Prudent

Dental Chair that has many parts that may malfunction in case if there is voltage fluctuation. After installing Servo star stabilizer with dental chair these following part would be working properly:-

• LED Operating light, it has multi surface Glass reflector.
• Chair Side Porcelain spittoon with auto water connection
• High and low vacuum motorized suction.
• Assistant Console for chair control.
• Modular delivery system.
• Air-tor points.
• Supreme Micro motor with digital display of speed.
• Machines Multifunction that controlled by foot.

Servo Stabilizer for Dental Chair

Optimal result of the medical electronic equipment such as X-ray Machine, dental chair is highly dependent on the stability of the mains voltage. If it is repeatedly fluctuating the mains supply, transients, spikes & surges that may produce harmful effects to your machinery.

We have installed many servo stabilizers with dental chairs. 7.5 kva or 5 Kva servo stabilizers is normally used for the Dental chair.

Our Products Specification:

• Output Adjustable: 220 – 240 V AC
• Cooling types- Air / Oil Cooled
• Speed more than 20 V / Sec.
• Regulation: ± 1.0% from No Load to over load
• Designed for indoor continuous operation

Servo star Stabilizer essentially holds a Solid-State circuit, which controls the Servo Motor. The Motor is mechanically coupled to the arm of a continuously variable Auto Transformer that feeds to the primary of a series control Buck-Boost transformer. Its output voltage is compared with the reference voltage and the resultant error signal controls the Servo Motor providing true proportional control systems rather than on and off circuits. It has many features that fit for the medical machines such as dental chair, X-ray machines etc.

Features of our Product:

 Fully Solid State Control Circuit for High Reliability, Synchronous motor drive for high reliability

 Better Regulations as high as + – 1 %, Use of Professional Grade IC’s for good stability

 Zero Wave Form Distortion, Plug in type PCB with Gold Plated fingers

 High Efficiency, Rugged Construction with Low No Load Losses

 Auto – Manual Operation Facility through selector switch, Volts adjust to set required voltages

 Increase / Decrease switch to control output voltages in Manual Mode, Voltmeters to read Input / Output voltages through Selector switch

 Indications for the Output On/off, Input High/Low, Suitable Input / Output connection

 Cyclic & Routine test done on every unit, 110 V Output has also been supplied by it.

 Under Voltage Cutoff Protection through Contactor, Overload / Short Circuit protection through MCB/MCCB, Digital Voltmeter / Am-Meter etc.

 By-Pass facility, Built in spike suppressor, Single Phase / Phase Reversal Protection is also available

‘Servo Star’ voltage stabilizer gives effective solutions to all problems accrued due to Voltage fluctuation. It is also ideally suitable for Bio – Medical equipment, Telecommunication equipment. Telex, EPABX and any other electronic equipment basically that requires a precise mains supply.

  1. One other thing I would like to say is that as an alternative to trying to suit all your online degree courses on times that you finish off work (as most people are worn out when they return), try to have most of your lessons on the saturdays and sundays and only a few courses in weekdays, even if it means a little time away from your weekend. This is fantastic because on the week-ends, you will be extra rested in addition to concentrated upon school work. Thx for the different ideas I have discovered from your web site.

  2. Have you ever considered about adding a little bit more than just your articles? I mean, what you say is valuable and everything. But imagine if you added some great images or video clips to give your posts more, "pop"! Your content is excellent but with images and videos, this site could certainly be one of the greatest in its field. Very good blog!
